The Spoils of WarCutting away, Cutting down,The Spoils of War
Dividing the path like Occam's Razor, Urging ever onward, Moving deeper,
Cutting into the fresh musty womb of Earth.
Pioneering for blood, Surging on the bastions of an enemy, A face we can't see, Cutting a family, Cutting a father, Cutting life, Throwing away the things that make us more than animal.
Cutting through your volleys,
Making way like a wildfire, We come to you, A knock at your door, A harsh word on an evil wind, A hurricane of separation.
